Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase, as this policy outlines your eligibility for refunds and the process for requesting them.

Digital Course Refund Policy
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for most of our digital courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide a valid reason for your refund request
- You must have completed no more than 30% of the course content
- You must have attempted to resolve any technical issues with our support team
Eligibility Criteria for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your purchase was made directly through our website
- Your request is within the 14-day refund period
- Your reason for requesting a refund is reasonable (e.g., course content doesn't match description, technical issues that cannot be resolved, etc.)
Non-Refundable Items
The following purchases are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Individual coaching sessions that have already been conducted
- Downloadable resources or materials that have been downloaded
- Courses specifically marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Subscription services after the refund period has expired
- Group coaching programs after the program has started
Course Bundle Refund Policy
For course bundles, the same 14-day refund period applies with these additional conditions:
- You must have accessed no more than two courses in the bundle
- You must have completed no more than 20% of any individual course in the bundle
Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available. Refunds are processed for the entire bundle.
Subscription-Based Services
For subscription-based services, the following refund policy applies:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment
- No prorated refunds are available after the refund period
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
Live Workshop and Webinar Refunds
For live workshops and webinars, the following refund policy applies:
- Full refund available if requested at least 7 days before the event
- 50% refund if requested between 2-7 days before the event
- No refunds for cancellations less than 48 hours before the event
- If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another person or receive access to the recording (if available)
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Order number or transaction ID
- Course or product name
- Date of purchase
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, please note the following:
- Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment
- Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider
- Credit card refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your statement
- Your access to the course or product will be revoked upon refund issuance
Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. In the following cases, we may make exceptions to our standard refund policy:
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing a course, and our support team cannot resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe
- Medical Emergencies: In case of serious illness or medical emergency (documentation may be required)
- Course Content Significantly Different: If the course content is materially different from what was advertised
Each special circumstance request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Chargebacks
We request that you contact us directly for any refund requests before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks violate our Terms of Service and may result in account termination and prohibition from future purchases.
