These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of financeeduhub.com (the "Site") and all content, services, and products available through the Site (collectively, the "Services"). The Site is owned and operated by Financial Education Hub ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Account Registration

2. Course Enrollment and Access

When you enroll in a course or other educational content through the Site, you gain access to the course for the specified period outlined in the course description. After purchasing a course, you will have access to the course materials for:

• The duration specified in the course description; or
• If no specific duration is mentioned, for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at our discretion. If substantial changes are made to course content, we will notify enrolled users via email.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices for courses and other paid services are listed in US dollars unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect courses that you have already purchased.

Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan option is explicitly offered and selected. We use third-party payment processors to handle all financial transactions. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method(s) you provide
• The payment information you supply is true, correct, and complete

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Financial Education Hub, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:
  • Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
  • You may store files that are automatically cached by your Web browser for display enhancement purposes

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of New York, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms in your country of residence or any other relevant country. No waiver by the Company of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of the Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to the Terms

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. However, any changes to the dispute resolution provisions set out in Governing Law and Jurisdiction will not apply to any disputes for which the parties have actual notice before the date the change is posted on the Site.

15. Entire Agreement

The Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any terms of sale, service, or enrollment constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Financial Education Hub regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
